     Well, hello there! I’m Camille, aka Cosmic Cannibal—an artist-turned-writer-turned-chart-reading cheerleader and career crisis navigator for the burned out, the stuck, and the ready-to-rise. I help dreamers, doers, and deep-feelers like you turn self-doubt into fuel for your success. If your spark has dimmed (or maybe it never fully caught fire), I’m here to help you remember who you are—and rise. This isn’t just astrology. It’s transformation. Direction. Permission to believe in yourself again.

     What I do is part astrology, part personal development, and part cosmic pep talk. Through chart readings, digital guides, courses, and hot takes on transits, I help:

     All with zero judgment and a lot of dry humor. So, whether you’re a multi-hyphenate creative, a mid-lifer looking to pivot, or just feeling totally lost—I know how to help you find your next step, find your voice, and relight your fire.

My Journey, My Mission

     I first became fascinated with astrology in my early teens, when I read Linda Goodman’s Love Signs, a massive cookbook on zodiac sign compatibility; I also loved reading horoscopes in Cosmo Girl and other teen magazines, because I found the concept of an ideal astrological match compelling. Astrology also helped me find validation in my creative talents and life’s purpose, while also illuminating the reasons behind certain personality quirks of myself and my family. Through teaching myself how to read my own birth chart, I could better understand why I was the way I was and could use my so-called “quirks” to my advantage. 

     I believe astrology isn’t about fatalism or fluff—it’s about figuring yourself out and finally feeling seen. My approach is part cartography, part character development. I use astrology as a mirror and a map to help you understand who you are and where you're meant to go. I don’t just tell you what a planet in retrograde means—I help you live through it with purpose. Whether I’m reading your chart or breaking down transits in a TikTok, I bring astrology down to earth and infuse it with humor, heart, and a helluva lot of insight.

     I specialize in career, relationship, and creative astrology—not just because I’ve studied it extensively, but because I live those questions every day: Who am I meant to be? What’s holding me back? Where’s the spark? Cosmic Cannibal isn’t astrology that tells you what you already know. It’s astrology that reminds you of your potential, and helps you believe in it again. It's a catalyst for your next chapter. 

     My mission? To help you rise from burnout, self-doubt, and WTF-am-I-doing energy into clarity, courage, and creative fulfillment. Because I've been there. I've been stuck. I've been lost. I've struggled and overcame a chronic illness; I've dealt with career confusion and professional pivots and "OMG, I just want to be who I'm meant to be!" moments (which lasted years, not days). I am a multi-hyphenate / late bloomer / creative person trying to make their way in the world. Through it all, I've found my confidence and I want to help you find yours too. 

Stellar Accomplishments

     In 2015, I published my first astrology book, The Zodiac Abstract, a 360-page eBook on the 12 zodiac signs. This is around the time I first created Cosmic Cannibal, with my first astrology blog on Tumblr. Since 2017, I’ve been the first-ever in-house astrology writer for four digital newspapers, including the Colorado Springs Independent and Denver's 303 Magazine, offering insights that resonate with thousands of readers.

      I have a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing, plus a deep and diverse background in music, art, publishing, journalism, and acting. I've been a writing tutor, a copywriter, and an Editor in Chief of a literary journal. Translation? Creativity isn’t just something I dabble in—it’s in my DNA. I don’t just read charts; I read stories. I find the arcs, themes, and turning points in your transits and help you refine, polish, and rewrite what comes next. 

     Beyond this, I’m also a fiction writer. In 2023, I finished my debut novel, Jupiter Returns—a chick lit romcom that blends astrology, humor, heartbreak, and hope into one page-turning cosmic cocktail. That novel, and all my editorial and storytelling work, is a reflection of what I do best: take the chaos of life and turn it into meaning, magic, and momentum.
